[vlc-devel] Should there be libvlc.lib build help in Win32 builds sdk folder?

Nightlies and 0.9.x have sdk folder for helping people to add VLC to their Win32 software. Under sdk\lib there aren't .lib for libvlc or for libvlccore (there are .a files) because AFAIK those .lib files cannot be created without lib.exe included in Microsoft compiler environments.

So should there be some some sort of guidance (readme.txt) for Visual Studio devs to help them get everything running? I could create .bat file that would make those needed .lib files when used with computer that has all Microsoft compiler stuff installed.
