[vlc-devel] automagic dependency on alsa/fontconfig

When configured with --enable-v4l2 vlc automatically links to alsa and the 
same goes for --enable-freetype and fontconfig. So i created a patch to 
explicitly disable fontconfig (enabled by default) and to only link against 
alsa if --enable-alsa is passed to configure (enabled by default)
attached patch is in git format-patch format :)
