[vlc-devel] [PATCH] udp : allow 0 ttl value

Hi,

Here is a simple patch to allow users to set TTL to 0, with --ttl option.

I tested this patch and it works fine for me.
I think it is ok to do that because default ttl value is -1 (when there is no
--ttl option) and not 0.
