[vlc-devel] Backporting postproc related changes to 0.9.3

I'd like to backport commits 
a0195160687 - Restore postproc menu entry in qt4 intf.
1273e688ac6 - Properly malloc(), memcpy() and free() the quantizer matrix.
2649d28f49d - Preliminary changes to fix postprocessing.
to 0.9.3 in able to have postprocessing in VLC again.

This will also need the patch that I sent to the mailing list yesterday
to make it possible to enable postproc from the qt4 intf (a similar
patch will be needed for the OS X intf).

The issue about these is that they require adding 3 new members to the
picture_t structure. I don't see that as a big issue as long as we
change the version numbers ... but I'd like to know if anyone is against
backporting these patches.
