I don't know how this option works so:
when this option is set, it's only for one item in the playlist or for
every item ?
If it's only for the current item, I agrea with you as it's only
modifying one item. In the other case (the option is apply for all items
until someone change this options, I think it might be a problem to flag
it as safe.
