[vlc-devel] the string from the Qt open file dialog in main menu is screwed (Win32)

There is a problem with the Qt open file dialog, which now is different
than the Win32 native open file dialog, as shown in the attached
snapshot.

Being in the main interface, if this involves some news/changes in
the .pot file (?), please fix it in time so we can translate
accordingly for 0.9.3.

VLC file vlc-0.9.3-git-20080923-0207-win32.exe, was the same in the
version one day before.
