[vlc-devel] [PATCH] ttl and RTP

Hi

It was missing a change to allow 0 ttl in rtp.
I also removed a fixme comment, beacause it doesn't look like broken anymore :
If neither sout-rtp-ttl nor ttl are set, default value is used.
