Whether it works is receiver-dependant. We don't know what's the actual
implementation on various clients, some might treat dynamic payloads
at session context. The fact noone is reusing the same IDs in one SDP
is IMHO clear guidance that this is a grey area.

Anyway, the limit of 32 ES should be applied per session (i.e. per one SDP)
and not per the whole #rtp sout, that should be pretty sufficient.
