Let me be clear:
qualification tasks are there to see if a student is
able to compile VLC and, if needed able to add a plugin.
Whether the patch is applied or not is irrelevant.

While I am speaking about it: qualification task can be submitted even
AFTER the application, meaning that deadline for task is April, 15th.
