  We have received 77 proposals for Summer of Code for this year.
  This is a lot, once again.
  I have preliminarly reviewed every single one of them.

  We need people who are able to mentor to create an account on
  http://socghop.appspot.com/ as soon as possible so we can tell on
  April, 8th, how many people we can ask to Google.
