[vlc-devel] New Document Icons for Mac OS X

For the subtitle type I would sugest a speech balloon.
Similar to the simple first in
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Speech_balloon_3_types.svg
for example but mirrored to be placed at the left.

Perhaps event without any content.
