[vlc-devel] freebox playlist URL not working

There are some complains in forums because Shoutcast plugin tries to open http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u which doesn't seem to work anymore in some places (like in Finland) and VLC complains.

I didn't find any replacement URL so I cannot easy provide patch that would work around this problem.
