Before VLC 1.1? (What would that mean?)

Well, as said: libproxy by now builds on win32 (we had to put it a bit  
back to work on 'higher' prio solving a bug in current released  
version/feature set.

I'd say 8 weeks max should be sufficient to find the people and  
resources to work on this and get it in a usable state for win32 too.  
(oh: by current settings it's XP+ only. Any need for legacy win  
support?)
