Sure... I do not mind. I was purely pointing out that there is works
going on in another place and it might be interesting to concentrate the
works in this very place.

Maybe even Adrien can participate in libproxy with his knowledge? Then
it comes into vlc indirectly too plus anybody else using it. Sometimes
it's just easier than code duplication in all places.

My mail was not meant to dis-value the submission at all.
