Currently it appears that VLCKit ignores my album-art policy setting and always fetches album art.  "real" vnc won't album art fetch if my policy is 0, but VLCKit appears to grab the album art meta no matter what.  I'm not exactly sure what triggers a call to HandleMediaMetaChanged, whether it means something upstream isn't being turned off properly, or whether the response to this event should be checking the album-art setting explicitly.
