[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Fix compilation under MinGW/MSYS on WinXP

Using a git version from this morning, and roughly following the
instructions
in the Win32CompileMSYSNew wiki page I got an error about a missing
symbol
WSA_QOS_EUNKNOWNPSOBJ which prevents the build (on WinXP).  The attached
patch
defines the symbol if it has not already been defined and allows the
build
to succeed.
