[vlc-devel] Launching VLC get this error

hi all,

 

I cross-compiled vlc-1.0.3 and ffmpeg.
but when i Try to run VLC-1.0.3 i get below messages and vlc does not run

could you please help me, i used vlc-0.8.6c before and i do similar job before but did not get the above error.
