[vlc-devel] New programmer

Hi!

I'm a studient of the University of Catalonia who tries to do a video filter for VLC.

I'm still new in all this world, and i'd like to talk with developers in the IRC.

I'd like to access to the IRC channel.

Could you told me how I have to do it?
