[vlc-devel] gui/macosx toggle fullscreen issue

Hi,

There's an issue switching fullscreen to window mode, the video view disapears from the screen.
I've attached a patch that provides a solution to fix this issue by using the superview object for swapping between the video view and the temporary view.
