[vlc-devel] receiving HVDTS MPEG2 strams: UDP makes artifacts, RTP is OK.

here is the second one. It is likely something related to UDP itself, but 
if somwone has time to make some further cheks... Please note that in 
order to  generate the problem you need touse HDVTS (better in local LAN, 
given it makes 28Mbps of MPEG2 streaming).
