Well, the author of this script did not expect the user to change the  
build path. AFAIR, back in the Project Builder days (to which this  
script originates), I don't even know if this setting was command-line  
accessible at all...

Patches are welcome to let the make script behave the way you want it  
to and I will be happy to give help, if needed. However, this is not  
of any priority to me, so I won't patch this myself.
