[vlc-devel] duplicate handling

I know that the TCP stack would do that, based on TCP seq number.
But do UDP stacks do that as well ? Based on what ?

Any info or experience on this would be most appreciated ?

Wouldn't that be done by your OS's TCP or UDP stack? (and please don't
crosspost)
