Good catch. However, missing functions should return a sane error code rather 
than assert, since external plugins caller cannot know which feature 
libvlccore has. The only exception is if the function depends on successfully 
calling a function which is also missing. Compare httpd_HostNew() and 
httpd_FileNew() for instance.
