Ok, corrected everything in the service discovery, except
LIBMTP_Init(), as it's not harmful as they made you believe (maybe in
future versione it won't, but right now you can call it anytime you
want...

The only thing I still need to know is the best way to have a path to
a temporary file, since tempnam() seems not ok...
After that I'll post the new patch...
