[vlc-devel] v210 codec support

hi -

is anyone working on adding v210 codec support to vlc (eg: 10-bit YCbCr 
via blackmagic and aja xena hd-sdi cards) to vlc? if not (or even if so), 
i might be interested in contributing if someone could help me get started 
(i have 10+ years in c/c++ development, but i'm pretty new to av codecs).

oh, it would be ideal to support 16 and 24 bit lpcm audio from those cards 
(i think sdl supports 16 bit, but not 24 or 32 bit).
