[vlc-devel] Contribs for WIN32

Hi Jean-Baptiste,

Thanks for the 1.0.0 contribs. I just had a quick look at cross-compiling it
under ubuntu and it seems either some files are missing or the INSTALL.win32
file is out of date.

In the file it says to use one of the shell scripts in
extras/package/win32/; configure-mingw.sh,configure-msys.sh or
configure-cygwin.sh. However none of those files are included in the 1.0.0
source package.

Is it that the files should be included in the source package or should the
INSTALL.win32 file be updated?
