[vlc-devel] Compiling 1.0.0 for Windows

I am willing to give MSys a try. I just thought cross compiling on
Linux was what *real* VLC developers where using. I guess threre are
*real* VLC developpers using MSys to! :-) Just trying to figure out
the best way to do things...
