[vlc-devel] [PATCH] add some options as safe

As I never used this module, I don't know what is safe or unsafe inside.
None of those parameter are tagged as safe yet.

Do you want me to propose a patch for them? I am not sure I am the good
guy for it but I could try to propose some which appears safe to me (at
least those you listed).
