Come to think of it, we really should move all such questions to the
start of the installer, assuming the installer supports that sort of
thing (and it should).

That means before starting it asks all questions needed, such as:

- default language
- what other languages to install (advanced)
- perhaps what modules to install (advanced)
- what plugins to install (leave out if we go xpi-only)
- where to install (advanced)
- where to add links/menu entries/icons and so on, if applicable
- what to do with album art
- what to do with automatic updates
- install script from the command line (advanced, large installations)
- custom update url (also advanced, large installations)
- whether to start vlc upon successful install
- whether to wait for user acknowledgement the installer finished (advanced)

If we want to show any READMEs, do it while the installer runs, not
afterward. Afterward I'm impatient to start playing with the new toy.
