[vlc-devel] [PATCH] -- skins2 : crash when zooming if multiple video tags exist

This patch solves the part dealing with "crashes when zooming" of trac
#2821.

An extra test is added to not try to resize if no vout is attached to a
video control.

One issue still exists: zooming (and more generally all hotkeys) may not
be linked to the right vout when multiple vouts exist for a same input
(video, visualization, ...). This known problem is not at the skins
level but at the vout level, and impacts all interfaces.

The patch is based on 1.0-bugfix and should be applied on both
1.0-bugfix and master.
