[vlc-devel] xulrunner 1.9.1 support on mac

Hi,

As promised here a patch for the mac version. The patch is heavily based
on one found on the net by Alexey Gladkov. I only added the #ifdef's
around to not loose the older xul compatibility.

But on a quick glance this looks about what is needed to me.

As I don't have a mac, this is 100% untested. So I'm not even sure it
compiles.. sorry for that.
