You're right, many definitions are missing in randr.h for xcb-devel 7.3 
(opensuse 11.0); unfortunatly, I can't upgrade easily nor deactivate this 
video filter.

xcb-devel 7.4 is ok. Should be the minimum version requirement, I guess ...
