[vlc-devel] [PATCH] (small) activex: setting default aspect ratio is legal

Here is a small patch which allow empty aspect-ratio string to be given
to the ActiveX (as it is legal for mozilla-plugin).
The implementation (see vout_intf.c:1174) consider emtpy aspect-ratio
strings as default/guess aspect ratio.
