In fact, vlc.exe builds. Try it, you'll see.

Oops, didn't see this one coming. I usually run the windres command by
hand. I'll push a fix soon.

It builds now. I don't know if all the modules I build work (testing
and debugging on wince can be time consuming). Maybe I should start
releasing builds for testers.
