[vlc-devel] Unable to configure VLC 0.9.9a

Greetings,
Configuring VLC, keeps belching out that I do not have qt Embedded, even 
though I am not enabling it!!.

checking for qt.h... no
configure: error: echo "Cannot find QT Embedded development headers."

My installed qt packages:
qt3-3.3.3-2
qt3-devel-3.3.3-2

qt-3.3.8b-1.fc7
qt-devel-3.3.8b-1.fc7

qt4-4.3.4-14.fc7
qt4-devel-4.3.4-14.fc7

qt4-x11-4.3.4-14.fc7
qt-config-3.3.8b-1.fc7
qt-designer-3.3.8b-1.fc7

The config.log.bz2 is attached.

What do I need to disable in the config in order not to get this error 
message ??
