 Is it in 0.8/0.9/1.0-git ?
 Did you set "Download manually" ?

 If it is only in 1.0-git, it's not a "critical problem", it's an unstable non
offical version so it's your problem for using it (outside a sandbox).

 Now, it is a major release blocker for the official 1.0 and probably even
for RC1 (at least a warning for the RC1 on the website is required).

As I said I will have a look at it and will fix it very soon.
