Now that xcb is required, is that version-check in commit
f970d1897f648246901a1847955b0c63fc069e3e really hard on that 1.1.90.1 ?
as there was no mention why that particular version, and atleast for me,
xcb-xv.pc only tells version of 1.1 (xorg 7.4).
