This patch is an attempt to work out transparency issues as described in
this post on the forum
(http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=59268)

Focus has been put on transparency for button controls, and the solution
seems easier than expected initially.
Tests have been carried out on Ubuntu, but it should work for other
platforms.

TODO things :
- test it on the different flavors of MS-Windows
- full review of skins2 to allow transparency whenever it is possible.
- more no regression tests needed (I'm a bit surprised that it seems to
work ok with so little change)
