[vlc-devel] VLC Player Translation to new language

Hi there,

My name is SHOHRAT, I really like VLC player. I've been using it for last
4-5 years.
Now, I decided to translate it to my native language :) That is Turkmen
language.

for that I need localization file. I downloaded and installed Poedit 1.4.2
and I'm ready.

and I wanna be the maintainer of this translation too if it is possible

Greedy to start translating :)
