[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Fix compilation against xulrunner 1.9.1, without breaking backwards compatibility

Allows us to build with xulrunner 1.9.1 and also with older ones.

I tested it on:
- openSUSE 11.2 (dev), with xulrunner 1.9.1
- openSUSE 11.1 with xul 1.9.0
- openSUSE 11.0 with xul 1.8.1

they all build fine.

I did not touch the npmac version for lack of possibilities to test. Sorry for that.
