[vlc-devel] Manx Translation

Dear VLC Developers,
                            if it's possible, I'd very much like a localisation file so I can begin a translation for the Manx Gaelic language. (It's very likely you just rubbed your eyes and said "what the hell is manx?", so http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manx_Gaelic if you're interested.)
