You can download the file to translate at:
http://people.videolan.org/~xtophe/l10n/lo.po

You can edit the file with poEdit or loKalize. Make sure to use UTF-8.

When you have translated part of it you can put it online and send it to
this mailing list. Or you can send me the file directly.

irc.freenode.net.
