[vlc-devel] [BUG] include/vlc_block.h declares block_FifoPace but does not export it

Thanks.   The patch is against the 1.0.3 source.

Does libvlccore.sym get edited "by hand" for the new block_FifoPace 
symbol, or is it automatically generated?
