[vlc-devel] [videolan] VLC and DVB-T stick on vista

Hi,
I have the same problem as described in 
http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?p=207474 when running VLC on 
Windows Vista 32bit as a ordinary user.
Runing VLC 1.0.2 as an administrator hovewer causes my pinnacle 330e 
DVB-t Stick to be initialized correclty. DVB-T channels could be played 
then. I think that checking some system privileges could solve this problem.
