[vlc-devel] Toward 1.1 release

	Hello,

1.1.0 was forked over 5 months ago. 6 months sounds more like too long than 
too short to me. Also, it would empirically take around 2 months to stabilize 
1.1.0. Shouldn't features be frozen really soon now?

Also, who wants to be release manager? (unless you want to suffer me, you'd 
better find a capable volunteer, muahaha)
