Well, it did die already, except for the "Configure podcasts..." menu item -
we have to be able to spawn the podcast config menu from somewhere, right?

Of you have a good idea about where else to place the podcast config dialog
access (button, action...), please speak up.
I have been trying to integrate a small button with the "properties" icon
into the playlist selector next to podcast item, but there is still some
issues with that...
