[vlc-devel] rtl-language interfaces need some fixes

Hello,

The trac is down, I asked in the IRC channel at they told me to send
the bug to vlc-devel. Please correct me if I was wrong.

Right-to-left-language interfaces should be right to left. The text,
menus and widgets.

VLC's 'play', 'previous media' and 'next media' buttons need to be
right-to-left as well. They don't look nice in an interface like the
Arabic one.

I attached a screenshot.
