[vlc-devel] seek in qt4 interface

Hi,

I noticed that when I am moving the seek bar in qt4 interface, it sends seek
requests very very often.
It increase the cpu load a lot in case of local files, and also network requests
in case of network stream (like rtsp).

Couldn't there be a delay between seek request ?
Or maybe the seek request could be sent only on mouse release ?

There is the same problem with rate.
