The problem with Lucida is not that I started to dislike it yesterday
evening and removed it. The actual issue is that its path changed from
Leopard to Snow Leopard and we need to use a default font which exists
on all installations of Mac OS X supported by VLC 1.x at the _exactly
same location_. Since quite a few where converted to a different file
format, there isn't too much choice left.

As Arial Black is used by the Quartztext module for 2 or 3 years now,
most users won't see a difference anyway.

Anyway, feel free to suggest other fonts, but Lucida and any of its
derivatives are no option.

Best regards,

Felix
