[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Move to official NPAPI headers

This patchset moves us to the official NPAPI headers on the Mac build.
Other platforms should do the same, but I chose not to do that here because
I don't want to accidentally break other platforms.  These headers are more
recent than the ones in xulrunner-sdk, so they will properly support 64-bit
build on Mac.

To move to these headers, I had to remove references to mozilla-config.h 
(recommended by the Mozilla developers), and stop linking with libnspr and
other xpcom libraries.  It builds fine on Mac without these libraries, and
I'd be surprised if other platforms were using them.
